The tool should hide identifying information before it gets sent, but we can't guarantee it. If it reaches us anyway, we delete it right away.

When you play our games, depending on your platform, we get: Details about your device, console, platform and operating system, plus your location. This comes from the platform itself and doesn't identify you. When you visit our Website we automatically collect: Technical information – your Internet protocol (IP) address, login info, browser type and version, time zone, plug-in types, operating system, platform and hardware details from crash reports or feature suggestions; Visit information – full URL, clickstream to and from our Website (with date and time), which pages you saw, response times, download errors, how long you stayed and interaction data (scrolling, clicks, mouse-overs). Information from other sources – stuff about you from other websites we run or services we offer. We tell you when we collect this if we're sharing it internally. We work with third parties (business partners, service providers, analytics providers, networks). We let you know when we get information from them and what we'll do with it.

Your gameplay information comes to us through the platform you're playing on. We store data in the UK or on EU servers, spread across different locations for backup. Once we get it, we combine your data with other players' data on your platform and in your region. We use this to check sales and shape our marketing and business plans. Website content is deployed across different regions for better performance. We don't share user information with third parties for marketing. OVH hosts our website. Check their site for their privacy policies. Data you submit goes into our MySQL database. MailChimp handles our newsletters and email marketing. Our games might let you connect with third-party social networks or platforms, which give us information. These are built and run by third parties we don't control. When you let our games work with third-party social networks or platforms, we might share data about you with your contacts to enable social gameplay (the "Social Data"). This includes your name, profile picture and game scores or progress. You can change what data third-party networks share with us by updating your settings with them. But you might lose access to some game features.
